Was hoping it would work in Windows 7 32bit but does not.Also could only install in French.Very disappointed - liked the description of the program.

First of all be advised that the softwere download is contaminated with \"My security shield Malvare. The virus has disabled my coputer,and at current time I am seeking professional help to remove it.When I downloded your Free Scanner Softwere it was a diferent wersion from I had and used on my old computer. It is only in French ( no English) and I coudln\'t figure out how it works.At this time I have disabled computer with useless softwere on it. Will be posting the warning on the internet.

This is one of the best free scanner program that I have used. I have replaced a crashed hard drive and so am updating. I have not yet used the program, however, I am sure it will work fine.One think I find frustrating is to save the document before you can review/print it. Is there a way by which you can review and print without having to save the document?

Surely very good, but I could not figure out, how to download the program. The page is in French and I could not find any button to turn it to English and I could not find any button for downloading. Any advice is welcome.

WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I NEEDED TO SEE WHAT ADDRESSES WE HAD THAT WERE FREE, AND WAS ABLE TO DO SO QUICKLY, WITHOUT HAVING TO GO TO EACH MACHINE.

I like that you can scan a specific range, and it scans fairly quickly. Click \'Skip\' upon first use. It doesn\'t pick up MAC addresses for some subnets and I don\'t know why. I have yet to intentionally generate an IP conflict to see how it reacts. I like the export capability, but it\'s only to .txt format and not .csv format. An options.ini file is automatically generated when closing ipscan.exe, regardless of any use or changes.

Very handy, was able to get some information quickly and easily.

Working ok, but would like to be able to assign names or location information on the application rather than needing to totally rely on the host name of the machine.

Download did not happen. So no chance to try this software.

It worked without fuss and identified most the nodes I knew to be active. There\'s one it says is active which I\'m having a job identifying. Overall quite useful and nice and quick.

It freezed when I tried to scan 1-65535, with the correct IP address.

FreePortScanner functions as it is stated. It is a good tool. Recommend that user can enter FQDN instead of IP address alone. Additionally, have a pul down selection for ports to select.

Great tool did just what I needed it to.

I needed to find the IP address of a wifi router on the network. After running a scan with this great little tool, I was able to find the router in the list of addresses. Worked like a charm!

LAN scanner 1.0 did exactly what I wanted it to. It was simple and easy to use. Exporting the information to .html was really easy.

What`s the point? I downloaded the free software and ran it. Instantly I'm told I have seven serious viruses that need to be taken care of. All I have to do is PAY for another program???
